Professional Experience
Joe Iatauro serves as Executive Managing Director within Stream’s Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, and Distribution platform. Under his leadership, Joe oversees a suite of integrated services that combine site selection—including real estate advisory, supply chain analytics, and labor analysis—with national program management to deliver full-scale project implementation from inception to completion. He also leads the platform’s deal capitalization efforts, helping clients offset real estate costs through strategic investment solutions for land, infrastructure, and equipment.
With more than 20 years of experience managing complex, purpose-built industrial developments, Joe has successfully delivered more than 20 million square feet of manufacturing, mission-critical, semiconductor, warehouse, distribution, and cold-storage facilities. His expertise spans ground-up developments, build-to-suits, brownfield projects, and equipment relocations, helping operators, occupiers, and investors align operational goals with long-term capital strategies.
Prior to joining Stream, Joe served as Senior Vice President and Business Unit Lead for the Industrial Project and Development Services Group at JLL in Atlanta, supporting clients in manufacturing, food and beverage, biotechnology, and specialized owner-operator sectors nationwide. He began his career as a Project Manager at The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company, overseeing large-scale construction projects across the semiconductor, sports and entertainment, hospitality, biotechnology, and higher-education markets.
