Professional Experience
Joey Samuelian is an Analyst for Stream’s Office Occupier Services division in South Florida, supporting the brokerage team in their work with corporate tenants and landlords. His focus is on expanding Stream’s presence across the Florida market by assisting with detailed market research, lease analysis, and transaction support.
Prior to joining Stream, Joey worked as a capital markets analyst at Dominium in Dallas and also interned with Cervera Real Estate in Miami, Florida.
