Professional Experience
Joey Samuelian is an Analyst with Stream Realty Partners’ Office Occupier Services division in Miami, Florida. In this role, he supports Stream Florida’s brokerage team in their work with corporate tenants and landlords. Joey focuses on expanding Stream’s presence across the Florida market by assisting with detailed market research, lease analysis, and transaction support.
Before joining Stream, Joey worked as a capital markets analyst at Dominium in Dallas and later interned with Cervera Real Estate in Miami, FL. Outside of work, Joey enjoys spending time on the water, playing golf, and exploring new running routes throughout Miami.
