John Cantrell

John Cantrell is a Vice President, Workplace Strategy with Stream Realty Partners’ National Office Occupier Services platform. Based in Stream’s Atlanta office, John works with clients nationwide, providing integrated workplace strategy services that help organizations align their real estate decisions with broader business, workforce, and cultural objectives. John’s focus includes workplace strategy, portfolio and space planning, employee and leadership engagement, and strategic guidance throughout the real estate transaction, design, and construction process.

Prior to joining Stream, John served as Strategy Director at Gensler, where he led workplace strategy initiatives and helped clients translate complex business, cultural, and workforce considerations into actionable real estate strategies. With 20 years of experience spanning commercial interiors, workplace strategy, product design, brand strategy, exhibitions, and architecture, John brings a multidisciplinary perspective to creating workplaces that support connection, purpose, productivity, and organizational performance.
