Professional Experience
John Comerford joined Stream Realty Partners in November of 2018 and currently, John is Vice President of Office Property Management. In his role, John is directly responsible for nearly 900,000 square feet of office space at The Gild and supervises four property managers. Since joining Stream Realty Partners, John has been involved in the disposition and acquisition/on-boarding of several assets managed by Stream.
Prior to joining Stream, John worked with Pretium Property Management in Fort Worth where he was responsible for the Dallas-Fort Worth portfolio of properties owned by Benbrooke Realty Investment Company. John has over 15 years of experience managing office buildings, mixed-use assets, retail properties, flex-space, and owners associations. John received his Bachelor of Arts from The University of Texas and holds his RPA designation through BOMA.
