Professional Experience
John Comerford joined Stream in 2018 and currently serves as an Associate Director of Property Management. In this role, John is directly responsible for nearly 900,000 square feet of office space at The Gild and supervising four property managers. Since joining the firm, John has been involved in the disposition and acquisition/onboarding of several assets managed by Stream.
Prior to joining Stream, John worked with Pretium Property Management in Fort Worth, where he was responsible for the Dallas-Fort Worth portfolio of properties owned by Benbrooke Realty Investment Company. John has over 15 years of experience managing office buildings, mixed-use assets, retail properties, flex-space, and owners’ associations.
