Professional Experience
John Loughlin joined Stream in 2026 as an Analyst, where he supports the Northern Virginia industrial team. His responsibilities include assisting with leasing transactions, leading various analytical assignments, and providing administrative support. Before joining Stream, John pursued his education at Washington and Lee University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration through the Williams School, and was a four-year member of the men’s varsity basketball team.
