Professional Experience
Jordan Decker joined Stream in 2023 as a Managing Director in Chicago. As a leader of Stream’s tenant representation team, he is responsible for advising local and portfolio clients, pursuing new business opportunities, and growing all facets of the occupier services business with a focus on the office, industrial, manufacturing, and IOS sectors.
Before joining Stream, Jordan worked at Cushman & Wakefield, where he started his commercial real estate career in 2008. During his tenure, he advanced to Managing Director while serving local Chicagoland clients and managing multi-market accounts for numerous Fortune 500 companies. Jordan has completed over 25 million square feet of transactions for office, call center, and industrial clients, with sale and lease obligations valued at more than $3 billion.
In 2018, he was awarded the State of Connecticut’s Office Deal of the Year Award for representing a client in its 700,000-square-foot build-to-suit headquarters. He also serves as a Board member of the Chicago Office Leasing Brokers Association (COLBA).
