Professional Experience
Jordan Decker joined Stream Realty Partners in March 2023 as a Managing Director in Chicago. As a leader of the tenant representation team, he is responsible for transaction management and new client and business pursuits. Jordan also helps to promote and expand the firm’s occupier services platform in the Chicago market.
Before joining Stream, Jordan worked at Cushman & Wakefield, where he started his commercial real estate career in 2008. During his tenure, he ascended the ranks to Managing Director while servicing local Chicagoland clients and running multi-market accounts for numerous Fortune 500 companies. Jordan has completed more than 25 million square feet of transactions for office, call center, and industrial clients with sale and lease obligations valued at more than $3 billion. In 2018, he was awarded the State of Connecticut’s Office Deal of the Year Award for representing a client in its 700,000-square-foot build-to-suit headquarters.
Jordan enjoys traveling the world with his wife during his downtime. He has been to over 25 countries and looks forward to visiting more with his son, Oliver.
