Jordan Leavitt serves as Senior Director of Strategic Marketing, National Platform, Primary & Multi-Market at Stream Realty Partners, where she leads strategic marketing initiatives, business development pursuits, and integrated marketing programs supporting the firm’s national platform and local market operations. She oversees pursuit strategy, property marketing, brand positioning, team leadership, and marketing innovation across multiple service lines and markets. Her primary local market is Dallas-Fort Worth, and she provides national marketing leadership for Stream’s Northeast markets, including the Carolinas, Nashville, Northern Virginia, and Washington, D.C.
With more than 12 years of real estate marketing experience, Jordan specializes in aligning marketing strategy with business development objectives to drive growth, enhance client engagement, and elevate market positioning. Since joining Stream, she has progressed through several marketing leadership roles, including Senior Graphic Designer, Strategic Marketing Manager, Creative Manager, Senior Strategic Marketing Director, East Region, and her current national leadership position.
Jordan began her commercial real estate career with Stream in Austin in 2020 and has built a reputation for combining strategic insight, operational leadership, and creative problem-solving to deliver impactful marketing solutions. She is passionate about developing high-performing teams, advancing marketing innovation, and creating scalable processes that strengthen client outcomes and business performance.
