Josh Malizzi is a Senior Program Manager within Stream’s Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, and Distribution platform. Specializing in food processing and cold storage, Josh oversees projects from initial facility planning through full implementation and operational delivery. He is known for his hands-on approach, attention to detail, and dedication to client satisfaction—ensuring each project aligns with the client’s business goals while maintaining quality, efficiency, and risk mitigation.
With more than two decades of experience in construction and development, Josh brings deep technical expertise and leadership to complex, temperature-controlled projects. Prior to joining Stream, he served as Vice President within JLL’s Northeast Industrial Region, where he provided project and development services for clients in the cold storage, food processing, and heavy manufacturing sectors. He also led design and construction efforts for Kaiser-Martin Group, overseeing temperature-controlled storage, food production, and distribution facilities.
