Professional Experience
Josh McDonald joined Stream Realty Partners in 2022 and serves as an Associate in the firm’s Washington, DC office. His responsibilities include, but are not limited to, researching and analyzing market trends, identifying investment opportunities for the firm and its clients, and executing lease transactions on behalf of both landlords and tenants.
Prior to joining Stream, Josh worked as an Advisor in Washington and Lee’s Career and Professional Development office, where he assisted peers in their search and pursuit of internship and post-graduate career opportunities. He also worked as a property management assistant for Shaner’s Greenhouses Inc., where Josh was responsible for maintenance, repair, and operation of student housing.
Josh is a graduate of Washington and Lee University, where he pursued a double major in English and Economics with a minor in Classics. While at Washington and Lee, Josh also was a four-year letterman for the Men’s Football team, where he served as a captain his senior year.
