Josh Schoenwald is an Assistant Property Manager in Stream’s Southern California office. In this role, Josh supports the operations of industrial portfolios, ensuring well-maintained, high-performing properties that serve current tenants and attract top-tier prospects. Josh’s focus includes daily operations, maintenance coordination, tenant relations, and delivering a proactive, detail-oriented management approach.
Prior to joining Stream, Josh worked in third-party property management for Cushman & Wakefield and JLL, where he managed industrial portfolios for clients such as Link Logistics, Modlo, Stockbridge, Clarion, Dermody, and Principal. With four years of industry experience, Josh has developed a strong understanding of the complexities of commercial real estate, including conflict resolution, regulatory compliance, and owner-tenant alignment.
Exceptional organizational skills, customer service experience, and a comprehensive management style allow Josh to balance the needs of property owners with tenant expectations while contributing to high occupancy and operational excellence.
