Professional Experience
Juan Figueroa serves as an Analyst in Stream’s Florida region, supporting the Investment Sales, Tenant Representation, and Landlord Advisory platforms. In his role, Juan provides analytical and marketing support to the brokerage team through market research, financial modeling, and valuation analysis. He assists in preparing offering materials, conducting market surveys, and evaluating economic and real estate data to identify new business opportunities. Juan also contributes to property tours, client presentations, and the development of research tools used for prospecting and asset evaluation. As he begins his career with Stream, he continues to leverage his academic training and emerging industry experience to deliver data-driven insights and value for clients.
