Professional Experience
Juan Figueroa serves as an Analyst in Stream’s Florida region, supporting the private client investment sales, Tenant Representation, and Landlord Advisory platform alongside Darryl Hoffman and Jake Attaway. In his role, Juan provides analytical and marketing support to the brokerage team through market research, financial modeling, and valuation analysis. He assists in preparing offering materials, conducting market surveys, and evaluating economic and real estate data to identify new business opportunities. Juan also contributes to property tours, client presentations, and the development of research tools used for prospecting and asset evaluation. Juan graduated from Emory University with a degree in Real Estate and Finance, where he developed a deep interest in market analysis and investment strategy. As he begins his professional career with Stream, he leverages his academic training and emerging industry experience to deliver data-driven insights and value for clients.
