Professional Experience
Justin Saknini is the Managing Director of Development and Project Management for Stream in Nashville, a position he assumed in 2023. Before joining Stream, he had a diverse career in the construction and commercial real estate industry.
Prior to his role at Stream, Justin spent a decade working in the General Contractor field in both Nashville, Tennessee, and Auburn, Alabama. This experience provided him with valuable insights into the construction process and project management.
Following his time in general contracting, he transitioned to work for Cushman & Wakefield as a Senior Project Manager in Nashville, Tennessee, where he honed his skills in commercial real estate project management.
Throughout his career, Justin has managed the design and construction of more than 4 million square feet of space. This includes overseeing ground-up construction and renovations for various types of projects, such as Class A Office, Industrial, Medical, and Federal projects, with a combined value exceeding $300 million.
