Kalimah Ashby

Kalimah Ashby joined Stream as the Vice President, Decommissioning and Relocation Lead for the firm’s National Program Management team. Kalimah has assisted with the delivery of multiple decommission and relocation projects for clients such as ABB, Erasteel, and Asahi Refining of Florida. Her responsibilities included planning, design, vendor procurement, exit negotiations, building restoration, disposition of assets and equipment, and related tenant/owner improvements.

Prior to joining Stream, Kalimah was a Senior Project Manager for JLL’s Industrial Project & Development Services team. In this role, her focus was to ensure consistent delivery of professional services, as well as maintaining contractor and vendor relationships. Kalimah’s sharp focus and attention to detail contribute to the team’s success.

Kalimah has specialized in real estate services for commercial and residential and brokerage including client representation, contract negotiation, marketing, sales, zoning, and feasibility analysis. She held a broker’s license in the state of Maryland where she managed the day-to-day business of a property management company. Kalimah also held a real estate salesperson license in the District of Columbia for over 10 years.

• Kalimah studied business and finance at Maryland University College. She also received over 150 hours of real estate continuing education training in commercial real estate and financial structures. Kalimah is a LEED Green Associate and OHSA certified.
