Professional Experience
Karen Weiss is a Senior Property Manager overseeing retail, office, and industrial properties in Stream’s Southern California market. She oversees almost 1 million square feet, containing 120 tenants. Karen’s focus includes property operations, client and tenant operations, and managing diverse commercial assets. Prior to joining Stream, she served as a Senior Portfolio Manager at Lincoln, where she managed a diverse portfolio including industrial, office, medical, and retail assets.
Karen began her real estate career in residential property management, working in Florida and Georgia, and later managing two high-rise apartment buildings in New York City. She relocated to Southern California in 2005 and joined the Irvine Company, where she transitioned into commercial real estate and continued to build her expertise in property management.
