Professional Experience
Kayla began her property management career in 2013 and joined Stream in 2022 as a Senior Property Manager. She currently oversees Horizon Bay in Tempe on behalf of Silver Creek Development, leading operations and strategy for this high profile project. Known for her next-level attention to detail and out of the box problem solving, Kayla consistently delivers a highly personalized and elevated experience for tenants and ownership groups.
Before joining Stream, Kayla managed a diverse portfolio at Cushman & Wakefield, including a commercial to residential conversion, industrial assets, and the development of a new office building. Her earlier experience includes additional Class A office and residential property management, further strengthening her operational depth and versatility.
