Kayla joined Stream as a Senior Property Manager in 2022 and currently manages 500,000 square feet of class-A office space in North Scottsdale. With more than nine years of experience, Kayla provides next-level attention to detail and an out-of-the-box thought process to ensure tenants have a unique and personalized experience.

Prior to joining Stream, Kayla worked at Cushman and Wakefield, managing an expansive portfolio that included a conversion from commercial to residential project, industrial assets, and the development of an office building. Prior to that her experience includes additional class-A office and residential property management.
