Kayla Garvy is a Brokerage Services Coordinator with the Tenant Rep division for Stream’s Denver office. In this role, Kayla supports the brokerage team through transaction coordination and marketing deliverable development. Her focus includes, managing deal workflows, creating property marketing materials, conducting marketing researching and ensuring seamless support and communication for the team.
Prior to joining Stream, Kayla was a Client Relations Specialist at Hughes Marino, an Account Executive at EVOKE Experiences, and an Elementary School Teacher in Denver Public Schools. With several years of professional experience across client services, account management, and education, Kayla is well rounded in supporting numerous projects and relationships, while contributing to strong client outcomes and operational success.
