Kennedy Arundel joined Stream in 2025 as an Associate on the Industrial Tenant Representation team in Chicago. In this role, she is responsible for generating new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and ongoing engagement with both current and prospective clients. Her focus includes sourcing and supporting lease transactions, conducting market research, analyzing trends, and collaborating with Stream’s transaction professionals on various deals.
Prior to joining Stream, Kennedy served as Sales Consultant in Medical Device Sales at DePuy Synthes, supporting orthopedic surgeons by providing product expertise and intraoperative guidance. She managed the sales process, delivered training, and ensured efficient coordination of inventory and logistics to optimize outcomes and drive business growth through strong clinical relationships.
