Professional Experience
Kiana Cox, based in Phoenix, serves as Senior Director, Platform Strategy and Innovation on Stream’s National Tenant Representation team. In this role, she leads the advancement of Stream’s Occupier Services platform through innovation, technology, and operational strategy. Kiana is responsible for identifying and implementing scalable solutions that enhance service delivery, strengthen business development efforts, and improve connectivity across markets.
Kiana brings a unique blend of strategic thinking and technical expertise, with a proven ability to translate data and insights into actionable business outcomes. Prior to her current role, she led Location & Business Intelligence initiatives at Stream, where she oversaw site selection analyses to support client decision-making and platform growth.
Before joining Stream, Kiana held multiple roles at JLL across Research, Business Intelligence, and Sales Enablement. As Senior Manager of Sales Enablement, she led high-profile pursuits across the west coast and supported tenant representation teams nationally.
