Professional Experience
Kiana Taie serves as Vice President of Project Management for Stream’s Project Management team in Phoenix. She oversees the delivery of office project management services, guiding workplace and tenant improvement projects from real estate strategy and lease execution through design, construction, and occupancy. Kiana partners with occupiers to align workplace strategy, financial objectives, and project execution, helping clients mitigate cost and schedule risk while also expanding Stream’s project management platform through business development, broker relationships, and strategic partnerships.
Across more than ten years in the industry, Kiana has served as an interior designer, design manager, business developer, and operations leader. Prior to joining Stream, she spent more than nine years at Gensler, advancing from Interior Designer to Operations Leader and ultimately Director of Workplace, where she led workplace projects for both landlords and tenants, managed the Workplace studio’s financial performance, and built relationships across the Phoenix commercial real estate community.
Kiana is involved in every phase of a project, from conceptual design through construction documentation and administration, and is known for her client-first approach and commitment to building long-term relationships.
