Professional Experience
Kip Knippel joined Stream in 2026 as an Analyst in Phoenix. In his role, Kip supports the brokerage team in serving commercial real estate owners, investors, and occupiers throughout the Phoenix market. His focus includes market research, financial and lease analysis, transaction support, business development, and the preparation of client-facing materials. Prior to joining Stream, Kip interned at MC Companies, a real estate investment and management firm, where he gained exposure to commercial acquisitions, investment analysis, investor reporting, and capital markets.
Kip attended the University of Dallas, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. During his time there, he founded the UD Real Estate Society, which creates opportunities for students to gain practical exposure to commercial real estate and connects them with industry professionals.
