Professional Experience
Knox Wagoner is an Associate with the Industrial Landlord Representation division in Stream’s Dallas office. He supports the execution of industrial transactions across the Dallas-Fort Worth portfolio. In this role, Knox represents industrial landlords and tenants in leasing, acquisitions, and dispositions. His responsibilities include conducting in-depth market research, analyzing industry trends, and identifying opportunities within the DFW industrial market.
Before joining Stream, Knox gained experience as a summer intern in Dallas with JLL’s Capital Markets team in 2023.
