Kristen Sullivan is a Vice President in the Office Tenant Representation division of Stream’s Downtown Los Angeles office. In this role, Kristen specializes in helping financial institutions and businesses align their real estate strategies with their broader operational goals. Her expertise includes tenant representation, landlord representation, lease negotiations, acquisitions, and long-range real estate planning.
Prior to joining Stream, Kristen served as a Vice President at Avison Young. With more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, sales, and client service, Kristen brings a relationship-driven approach and a strong commitment to delivering results for her clients. Her experience spans both landlord and tenant representation, giving her a well-rounded perspective on the market and allowing her to guide clients through complex real estate decisions with confidence. Throughout her career, she has negotiated leases and acquisitions for financial institutions and businesses across the United States, helping organizations identify solutions that support growth, efficiency, and long-term success.
