Professional Experience
Kristine Leal joined Stream San Antonio in 2024 and now serves as a Property Manager. She is responsible for overseeing daily property operations while maintaining exceptional client, tenant, and vendor relationships. Her responsibilities include preparing monthly financial reports, managing bid processes and vendor contracts, coordinating maintenance projects, and overseeing payable and receivable accounts.
Kristine has worked in multiple Stream offices, including Austin and Chicago, before moving back to San Antonio. Prior to joining Stream, she gained additional experience in residential property management.
