Professional Experience
Kyle Adams joined Stream’s Southern California office in 2025 as an Associate in the Industrial Tenant Advisory Group, specializing in reducing costs and mitigating risk on behalf of occupants. He works closely with Wes Hunnicutt and Matt Moore to create strategies and structures that enhance tenant leverage in lease and renewal negotiations, consolidations, expansions, and building purchases.
Before joining Stream, Kyle spent four years as an Associate at a landlord-focused firm, where he represented industrial property owners and landlords. This experience gave him a keen understanding of how landlords operate, make decisions, and evaluate transactions. Driven by his passion for working with businesses rather than landlords, he transitioned to Stream, where he and the Industrial Tenant Advisory Group provide conflict-free representation.
In addition to transactional work, Kyle partners with clients on the material-handling side—helping identify efficiencies in warehouse operations through racking plans and layouts that maximize cubic capacity. He approaches each engagement as an extension of his client’s company, aligning with their goals and priorities to deliver tailored, results-driven solutions.
In his free time, Kyle enjoys playing guitar, fishing, and snowboarding.
