Professional Experience
Kyle Gellenbeck is a Vice President with Stream’s Construction Management division in the Phoenix office. In this role, Kyle leads construction management for industrial development and build-to-suit projects, guiding them from early feasibility and budgeting through construction closeout. His focus includes aligning project delivery with client and investor goals, managing schedules and construction financials, coordinating architects, general contractors, and vendor partners, and growing Stream’s industrial construction management presence in Phoenix.
Prior to joining Stream, Kyle served as Managing Director at Optimize Consulting Group and Associate Partner at its affiliate, Columbia Project Management Partners. Before that, he led Cushman & Wakefield’s Project & Development Services team for the Arizona and Las Vegas markets and served as Lead Project Manager at Bureau Veritas, a national project management firm. With more than 10 years of construction project management experience, Kyle has overseen projects totaling more than $200 million in value across industrial, office, retail, and mixed-use sectors for both investor and occupier clients. His portfolio includes complex tenant improvement buildouts, investor capital improvement programs, and multi-site national program rollouts.
