Kyle Legalos is a Customer Experience Manager (CXM) with the Property Management division in Stream’s Austin market. In this role, Kyle oversees tenant experience and hospitality initiatives. Her focus includes overseeing engagement activations, developing community-driven programming, and enhancing tenant satisfaction through curated experiences.
Prior to joining Stream, Kyle worked as a leader with Arch Amenities Group, where she managed 10,000 square feet of shared amenity space and supported the firm’s Texas portfolio. Earlier in her career, she held roles with Marriott and Topgolf, earning national recognition for guest satisfaction and contributing to record-setting sales performance. With 25 years of hospitality experience, Kyle brings a service-first mindset shaped by a career dedicated to creating high-quality, memorable experiences.
