Professional Experience
Lee Belland III is a Vice President with the Industrial Capital Markets division in Stream’s Dallas office, with coverage over industrial real estate throughout Texas—including Dallas/Fort Worth, Houston, Austin and San Antonio. In this role, Lee assists clients with the disposition, financing, capitalization, and valuation of industrial real estate across Texas. Lee’s focus includes marketing, underwriting, sales execution, and expanding Stream’s investment sales presence statewide.
Prior to joining Stream in 2022, Lee worked within the industrial investment sales division of Cushman & Wakefield’s Dallas office. Throughout his career, Lee’s experience has included both the office and industrial asset classes, managing the disposition processes for both private and institutional owners. Since joining Stream, Lee has successfully participated in more than 40 unique transactions exceeding $1 billion in value.
