Lexee Zutz joined Stream in 2021 and is the Vice President of Construction Management for Stream Carolinas. Lexee’s unique professional blend of engineering, construction, project management, and real estate experience has been built on a foundation of formal education in structural engineering and construction management, and a Master of Business Administration focused on entrepreneurship. She has spent the last 20+ years in Construction & Project Management, helping clients develop their dreams from concept to completion on small refresh projects to $300 million hospitals. She was an early adopter in the strategic development and implementation of Sustainability and Virtual Design for a Fortune 500 company.
