In this role, he specializes in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily investment properties throughout Los Angeles and North Orange County. With nearly a decade of transactional experience, Liam has built a strong reputation for advising private investors, family offices, and syndicators on property valuation, 1031 exchanges, and strategic portfolio growth.
Since the start of his career, Liam has closed real estate transactions on over 30 properties throughout Southern California, spanning three separate counties. His deep understanding of local rent control ordinances, capital expenditure planning, and underwriting fundamentals allows him to deliver tailored strategies that maximize client returns.
