Professional Experience
Liz Megginson is a Transaction Manager for the Chicago Industrial team. She brings eight prior years of commercial real estate experience across office agency leasing and tenant representation teams. Before to joining Stream, she served as a Senior Associate with JLL’s Chicago Office Agency Leasing team and as a Corporate Real Estate Manager at CDW, where she focused on lease administration, workplace strategy, and project management. She began her career at Newmark as an Office Tenant Representation Transaction Coordinator, giving her a well-rounded perspective across both the landlord and tenant sides of the industry.
