Lou Christopher is an Executive Vice Chairman & Partner with the Office Tenant Representation division in Stream’s Washington, D.C. office. In this role, Lou represents law firms, Fortune 500 companies, and other high-profile organizations on complex real estate assignments across local and national markets. His focus includes strategic portfolio planning, headquarters relocations, large-scale lease negotiations, and aligning real estate solutions with clients’ long-term strategic business objectives.

Prior to joining Stream, Lou served as Vice Chairman at CBRE within the firm’s Advisory & Transaction Services practice. With more than 37 years of commercial real estate experience, Lou has completed hundreds of transactions across more than 80 markets, earning a reputation as a trusted advisor and fierce advocate known for delivering meaningful, measurable, and market-leading results in some of the most competitive office markets in the country.
