Professional Experience
Luke Davis serves as Vice Chairman for Stream Realty Partners in Dallas, Texas. He is responsible for agency leasing, tenant representation, and acquisition/development services in the DFW area, with a primary focus on the Great Southwest and Southern Dallas markets.
Since joining Stream in 2011, Luke’s market knowledge and commitment to exceptional service have been instrumental in closing more than 550 transactions, totaling over 45,000,000 square feet and valued at more than $1.7 billion. His track record includes 43,000,000 square feet of industrial transactions, 190 acres of land sales, 350,000 square feet of office tenant representation, and the development of 1,400,000 square feet of industrial space across six projects.
Prior to joining Stream, Luke earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Oklahoma before returning to Texas to pursue a career in commercial real estate. He later completed his Master of Business Administration at the University of Texas at Austin, further enhancing his business acumen.
Luke is a member of SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors), an annual top producer at Stream, and has been recognized as a D CEO Power Broker since 2020. A native of Dallas, Luke enjoys spending time with his wife, Krystal, and their three children, as well as flying, playing golf, and skiing.
