Professional Experience
Luke Eskigian is a Vice President of Construction Management with Stream’s Downtown Los Angeles office, bringing more than 20 years of experience in project and construction management across Southern California. In this role, Luke specializes in overseeing and coordinating complex occupier projects, tenant improvements, and build-outs across a wide range of industries. Known for his hands-on leadership style and detail-oriented approach, Luke guides projects from initial planning and design through construction and move-in, ensuring seamless execution within schedule and budget parameters. He works closely with tenants, contractors, architects, and project teams to deliver efficient, high-quality outcomes while maintaining strong client relationships throughout the process.
Prior to joining Stream, Luke served as a Senior Vice President at Avison Young. His previous experience also includes leadership roles with DTZ, MPG Office Trust, Arden Realty, and Transwestern.
Throughout his career, Luke has managed projects ranging from less than 1,000 square feet to more than 100,000 square feet for clients spanning public administration, education, legal, financial services, entertainment, technology, and other sectors. He has extensive experience throughout the Los Angeles CBD and surrounding Southern California markets.
