Professional Experience
Lynn Sugg joined Stream Nashville in January 2023 as a member of the Property Management team. She’s been involved in the commercial real estate industry since 1985. During her illustrious career, she was personally responsible for the management of over one million square feet of Class A properties in Nashville, including Fifth Third Center and Caterpillar Financial Center.
Lynn spent the bulk of her 30-year career with Cushman & Wakefield, where she was promoted to Director of Property Management in September 2006. She oversaw a staff of 130 and the daily operations of approximately 27 million square feet of office, industrial, retail, and medical office properties. Lynn retired from Cushman & Wakefield in August 2021 and has recently returned to the industry after a short hiatus.
In her free time, Lynn enjoys sports, reading, travel, and spending time with family (especially her twin grandchildren).
