Professional Experience
Lynn Sugg, RPA, is a City Advisor with the Property Management division in Stream’s Nashville office. In this role, Lynn assists the department with bringing on new team members, problem-solving, and financial review of client reports. Her focus includes business development to increase Stream’s presence within the Nashville market.
Prior to joining Stream, Lynn worked with Cushman & Wakefield for 30 years. She was the Director of Property Management for the last 15 years of her tenure there. Her responsibilities included overseeing a staff of 130, as well as the daily operations of approximately 27 million square feet of office, industrial, retail, and medical office properties.
