Professional Experience
Malcolm Schweiker joined Stream Realty Partners in March 2022 as an Executive Vice President. He will be responsible for office leasing and sales in the Northern Virginia market.
Before working at Stream, Malcolm was a Senior Vice President at CBRE, where he spent 34 years of his career. He is credited with representing General Dynamics in its corporate relocation from St. Louis, Missouri, to Northern Virginia, along with Boeing in its Washington, D.C., regional consolidation. Malcolm was involved in hundreds of successful transactions totaling over 10 million square feet of space. He is licensed in Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C.
