Professional Experience
Malik Leaphart is a member of Stream’s office division where he focuses on executing lease transactions on behalf of landlords and tenants in the Atlanta area. Prior to joining the team at Stream, Malik dedicated his efforts to extending the vision and philosophy of the late John Portman to new developments as a part of the Portman Architects team. While there, he was able to play an essential role in the promotion and development of the firm’s core strategies.
With his extensive marketing and business development expertise, he employs a valuable skill set in bringing development opportunities to fruition on behalf of Stream’s clients. Malik’s passionate personality, coupled with his ability to connect with people, has fueled his vast professional network around the city.
