Professional Experience
Marci Fermier is a Senior Graphic Designer with Stream’s Dallas office. In this role, Marci specializes in both property marketing and business development, combining her technical expertise with a collaborative, detail-driven approach to deliver branding, digital and print collateral, and interactive media, all designed to increase exposure of Stream’s elevated brand.
Prior to joining Stream, Marci worked as a Graphic Designer for CBRE, where her extended tenure included branding direction, video production, and active leadership in multiple employee resource groups. In addition, she previously worked as a GIS Analyst at both UCR and at Weitzman, driving large scale retail projects across Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas. With more than 20 years of visual communications and production experience, Marci brings a thoughtful, hands-on approach to every project and lives by the motto “Live Aloha”—bringing balance, and intention to both her work and her relationships.
