Professional Experience
Mario Macioce started at Stream Chicago in 2023 as a Business Development Associate for the firm’s Tenant Representation division. He is responsible for creating new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and maintaining constant interaction with all current and prospective clients. In this role, Mario focuses on sourcing and assisting with lease transactions, market research, and trends, as well as collaborating on deals with Stream’s transaction personnel.
Prior to joining Stream, Mario started his professional career as a Business Development Manager at Builtech Services. During this time, Mario built a vast network of real estate professionals, in addition to a network of architects and engineers. He spent a large amount of time understanding the construction process, along with how to navigate the deal process. His experience gives him a deeper understanding of process timelines and pricing structures.
