Marissa Parkin is a Senior Vice President with the Office Leasing division in Stream’s Dallas office, where she focuses on the marketing and leasing of office real estate for institutional landlords. Marissa has extensive experience developing real estate strategies, implementing marketing campaigns, and structuring lease transactions. Over her career, she has specialized in Class A office product across key Dallas submarkets, including Uptown, the Arts District, the Lower Tollway, and Central Expressway. She has been involved in a diverse portfolio of projects, ranging from 1980s vintage repositionings to cutting-edge new construction developments. She maintains a strong professional brand while fostering relationships with pivotal tenant representation brokers.
Prior to joining Stream, Marissa worked on the ownership side with Crescent Real Estate, where she focused on the company’s Uptown Dallas office portfolio. During her time at Crescent, she leased trophy assets, cultivated high-profile tenant relationships, and refined her customer service approach. She was also involved in the sales process for The Crescent, one of the largest commercial property transactions in the Dallas area.
