Mark Bâby

Mark Bâby is a Managing Director in Stream Realty Partners’ Chicago office, specializing in office agency leasing. Mark has represented office properties assets in the central business district and Fulton Market submarket, working with some of Chicago’s most active office investors. His clients include top owners in the Chicago market including Thor Equities, The Feil Organization, Accesso Partners and Starwood Capital.

Prior to joining Stream, Mark was a member of the Chicago Cushman & Wakefield agency leasing team and was responsible for the leasing and marketing of 800 West Fulton, 10 South LaSalle, One South Dearborn, 225 West Washington, and Monroe Plaza. Mark has completed transactions totaling over 3,000,000 square feet over the last five years.
