Professional Experience
Mark Gunderson serves as Executive Vice President in Stream’s Chicago office. His focus is on developing and executing winning leasing strategies for landlords and owners in Chicago’s Central Business District. Mark has worked with institutional owners including JP Morgan Chase, Citigroup, Travelers Insurance, Onni, Ivanhoe Cambridge, TIER REIT, and Beacon Capital Partners.
Mark’s extensive real estate background has allowed him to complete transactions totaling over six million square feet. Excellent client and broker relations and a passion for problem-solving are evident across his successful projects, including earning the coveted Greater Chicago Food Depository Property Representative of the Year. Prior to joining Stream Chicago, Mark was an Executive Director with Cushman & Wakefield Chicago and joined the firm as part of their acquisition of J.F. McKinney & Associates, where he focused on office leasing assignments as well as business development.
