Professional Experience
Mark Gunderson serves as Executive Vice President for Stream Realty Partners’ Chicago office. In his new role, Mark will focus on developing and executing winning leasing strategies, representing landlords and owners in the central business district. Mark has historically worked with institutional owners including JP Morgan Chase and Beacon Capital Partners.
With an extensive real estate background, Mark has completed transactions totaling over five million square feet. Results from excellent customer relations and a passion for problem-solving are evident across his successful projects.
Prior to joining Stream Chicago, Mark was the Executive Director with Cushman & Wakefield Chicago, where he focused on office leasing assignments as well as business development.
