Matt Moore

Matt Moore is an Executive Vice President with the Industrial Services division in Stream’s Southern California office. In this role, Matt represents corporate users and provides advisory and consulting services across a range of client needs, including leasing, lease renewals and restructures, and investment and owner/user sales. With nearly 40 million square feet of completed assignments totaling approximately $2 billion in value, he brings extensive experience and a proven track record of executing high-value transactions.
