Professional Experience
Matt Moore joined Stream in July 2023 as an Executive Vice President in Southern California. He is responsible for industrial tenant representation, transaction management, and new client and business pursuits across the Los Angeles, Orange County, and Inland Empire markets.
Matt previously worked at Newmark, where he was a Senior Managing Director specializing in the acquisition and disposition of industrial space. Matt provided advisory and consulting services for industrial and office, R&D leasing, lease renewals and restructures, and investment and owner/user sales. He completed nearly 7 million square feet of commercial real estate assignments with an aggregate value of approximately $650 million.
Matt began his career at Lee & Associates in Newport Beach before joining NAI Capital as a Vice President. He also worked as a Vice President at Cresa in Orange County prior to joining Newmark.
