Mattie Divin

Mattie Divin joined Stream in December 2017 and is a Property Manager with the Property Management division in the Houston office. She currently manages 4265 San Felipe, a 13-story, 210,000-square-foot, Class A high-rise office building owned by DML Capital located in the Galleria/Uptown submarket, as well as Beltway Crossing Northwest, a Class A, three-building, 665,000-square-foot industrial park owned by James Campbell Company in the Northwest Houston submarket. Mattie has successfully managed numerous capital projects, including rooftop unit replacements, comprehensive renovations of tenant amenities such as conference facilities, tenant lounges, and fitness centers, as well as parking garage improvements and campus-wide wayfinding signage upgrades. She has supervised all tenant build-outs while maintaining strong client and tenant relationships through proactive communication and hands-on management.

Mattie began her commercial real estate career in October 2015 with Transwestern as a Property Administrator. During her tenure, Mattie supported a 358,000-square-foot business campus,12-story high-rise, and a high-profile client that included multiple high-rise and mid-rise office, industrial, aviation, and retail properties. At Stream, she initially supported approximately 500,000 square feet of Class A and B office space for BentallGreenOak along with additional assets across the Houston market. Mattie is an active member of IREM Houston and a graduate of the IREM Houston Future Leaders Class of 2023. She remains actively involved on the IREM Houston Future Leaders Committee and is currently a CPM Candidate pursuing her ACoM designation.
