Professional Experience
Maura Bulger joined Stream in 2021 and serves as a Construction Manager based out of Stream’s Washington, DC office. Maura comes with over eight years of CRE experience in the Washington DC area and works on capital and tenant improvement projects focused in the Northern Virginia market.
Prior to joining Stream, Maura worked at Washington REIT for over four years as an Assistant Project Manager. Prior to joining Washington REIT, Maura worked at Echo Real Estate Services for over four years, working in a variety of areas including acquisitions, development, and property management.
