Professional Experience
McKinley Riley joined Stream in 2023 as a Senior Property Manager in Atlanta. With nearly 15 years of property management experience, McKinley’s background spans office, industrial, retail, and mixed-use assignments. He currently manages more than 1 million square feet of space for MET Atlanta, utilizing his proactive management style to drive performance across finance, operations, and leasing objectives.
Prior to joining Stream, McKinley worked for Carter & Associates, Lincoln Property Management, and JLL, serving clients such as Asana Partners, Deutsche Asset Wealth Management, and the Teacher Investment Fund.
In his free time, McKinley enjoys traveling with his wife and two kids, being outdoors, and motorsports—with a love for antique cars and hotrods.
