Professional Experience
Meagan Oefelein serves as an Associate for Stream’s Investment Management (IM) platform, which manages five opportunistic commingled discretionary funds and separate account mandates exceeding $2 billion in combined equity. In her role, Meagan’s responsibilities encompass the entire investment lifecycle, including acquisition underwriting, financing, asset management, and dispositions.
Before joining Stream, Meagan began her career working as a Global Markets Analyst at Goldman Sachs, where she focused on the firm’s consumer financing group. In this role, Meagan served as an asset manager for consumer credit facilities as well as consumer loan portfolios held on the firm’s balance sheet.
Meagan is a graduate of the University of Southern California’s Price School of Public Policy, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate Development.
