Professional Experience
Megan Moore joined Stream’s Nashville office in 2022 as a Senior Property Manager, bringing over eight years of property management experience with office and retail product types. In her current role, Megan supervises on-site property management staff and third-party vendors, and oversees all operations for Hall Capital’s Nashville portfolio, consisting of four office/retail properties totaling almost 300,000 square feet. She prides herself on being an efficient and effective communicator and a reliable partner who delivers solutions to her clients.
Prior to joining Stream, Megan spent more than seven years with Cushman & Wakefield, starting as a property administrator and working her way up to property manager. Her experience includes handling property management needs for various product types—from life sciences, creative office and retail to adaptive reuse and modern new construction. She’s worked with such notable clients as Asana Partners, Healthpeak, NFIB, Stockbridge, and The Ardent Companies.
Outside of the office, Megan enjoys spending quality time with her family, traveling when she can, and is hopeful to one day take up tennis or golf as a new hobby.
